These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of steadybear.co (the “Website”) and orders placed directly through it. The Website is owned and operated by Bluecore Impex Private Limited (“Steady Bear”, “we”, “us” or “our”). Our registered address and support details appear at the end of these Terms.
By accessing or using the Website, creating or using an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website or place an order. These Terms do not replace any notice or consent that applicable law separately requires.
The final Steady Bear customer-facing policy set consists of these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy. The Privacy Policy governs personal-data matters. The Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy governs cancellation, return, inspection, refund, delivery-claim and related remedies. Product-specific information and offer-specific terms shown before an order may also apply, subject to these Terms, the relevant final policy and applicable law. Purchases made through a marketplace, reseller, offline store or other external channel are generally governed by that channel’s terms and processes, except where Steady Bear agrees otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise.
1. Eligibility and account access
You may use the Website and place an order only if you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable law. A person under 18 should use the Website only through or under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian where permitted by law, and any order should be placed by or with that adult’s involvement.
Steady Bear may ask you to authenticate through a method it supports. Keep your sign-in details and one-time codes confidential, do not share account access with an unauthorised person, and tell Steady Bear promptly if you believe your account or access details have been misused. You are responsible for activity through your account to the extent permitted by law, subject to review of a report of unauthorised access.
Provide accurate, current and complete contact, billing, order and delivery information and update it when needed. You are responsible for reviewing your product selection, quantity, delivery details and order summary before payment. Do not use another person’s identity, account or payment method without authority.
2. Website use
You may use the Website for lawful personal purposes related to learning about and purchasing Steady Bear products. You must use it in accordance with these Terms and applicable law. You may not interfere with the Website or its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce harmful code, or use automated means to scrape, overload or disrupt it.
The Website may include product pages, checkout functions, account features, support channels or links to external services. Features may change or be unavailable from time to time. Use of the Website does not give you ownership of its content, software or design.
3. Products, product information and suitability
Steady Bear offers ergonomic, comfort, wellness and related body-support products for general everyday use. Product descriptions, images, dimensions, materials, specifications, care guidance and suitability information are provided to help you make an informed selection. Steady Bear makes reasonable efforts to keep that information accurate. Minor differences in colour, texture, dimensions, finish, packaging or appearance may result from screens, manufacturing tolerances, product updates or batch variations; they do not by themselves establish that a product is defective if it remains substantially consistent with its description and intended purpose.
Information and declarations required by law will be provided in an appropriate customer-facing place, such as the product page, label, packaging, invoice or other applicable disclosure. Product-specific information displayed before purchase may supplement these Terms, subject to applicable law.
Comfort and suitability vary by person and use. You are responsible for considering whether a product is suitable for your intended use and for following the instructions and warnings supplied with it. Product descriptions and wellness, ergonomic, posture or comfort information are general information, not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Products are not represented as diagnosing, treating, curing or preventing a disease or medical condition unless Steady Bear expressly states otherwise in a lawful product-specific statement. Seek advice from a qualified health professional where appropriate, and stop using a product if it causes an adverse effect.
4. Product availability and order acceptance
Product listings and prices are subject to availability, delivery serviceability and Steady Bear’s acceptance of the order. An order you submit is an order request until Steady Bear accepts it. Payment confirmation, an automated acknowledgement or receipt of an order request does not by itself mean that Steady Bear has accepted the order.
Steady Bear may review an order and may decline or cancel all or part of it before dispatch where a product is unavailable, a listing or price is materially incorrect, the delivery location is not serviceable, payment has failed or is not confirmed, order information is incomplete or cannot reasonably be verified, misuse is reasonably suspected, or fulfilment is not reasonably possible for operational, legal or compliance reasons. If Steady Bear cancels an order, any amount due will be handled under the Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy and applicable law.
Steady Bear may contact you to clarify order, product, payment or delivery information. If necessary information cannot reasonably be verified, the order may be held or declined. Acceptance does not create a guarantee that a later delivery estimate will be met or remove any rights under applicable law.
5. Prices, taxes and Order Handling / Fulfilment Fee
Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees. Unless stated otherwise, a product price includes applicable GST. The total payable amount and applicable taxes will be shown before payment. You are responsible for reviewing the order summary before submitting payment. Tax invoices or other required tax documents will be issued in accordance with applicable law.
Steady Bear charges a fixed Order Handling / Fulfilment Fee of ₹39 per order. The fee contributes to order processing, packing and fulfilment administration and will be shown before payment. Shipping is free; an ordinary shipping or delivery charge will not be added to the Website order. The fee’s treatment on cancellation, return, partial refund, failed delivery or another claim is governed by the Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy. Any separately applicable return or re-dispatch treatment is addressed there as well.
Steady Bear may change product prices or future offers, but a change will not ordinarily alter the price of an order already accepted. If Steady Bear discovers an evident pricing error after accepting an order, it may contact you. The order may proceed only on a basis you agree to, or may be cancelled where appropriate. You will not be charged a higher amount without your agreement. Any amount due after cancellation will be handled under the Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy and applicable law.
6. Promotions, coupons and offers
An offer may have terms for its validity period, eligible products or customers, minimum order value, usage limits, payment method, location, combination with other offers, or other restrictions. Steady Bear will make reasonable efforts to display material conditions before you place the order. Review the product page, offer information and checkout summary; a coupon or discount that is not shown as applied before payment may not apply to that order unless Steady Bear confirms otherwise.
Unless an offer states otherwise, a coupon or discount is limited to its stated eligibility and validity, is not transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Only one coupon or offer may be used per order unless the offer terms allow combination. Unpaid discount value or a non-cash promotional benefit is not itself a cash payment. Free gifts, bundles, samples, referral benefits or other promotional benefits may have offer-specific conditions and are not redeemable for cash unless expressly stated.
The amount payable and any refund, coupon restoration or non-cash benefit resulting from cancellation, return, partial order change or refund are governed by the Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy, subject to applicable offer terms only where consistent with that Policy and applicable law. Refunds are not increased by the notional value of an unpaid discount. Bank, card, wallet, payment-service, marketplace or other third-party offers may also be subject to that provider’s terms and eligibility decisions.
Steady Bear may correct, suspend or withdraw an offer for a genuine error, misuse, legal requirement or other legitimate reason. Changes generally apply to future orders; an eligible offer validly applied to an accepted order will not be unfairly withdrawn merely because the offer later changes, subject to genuine error, fraud, fulfilment limits and applicable law.
7. Payments
Use a payment method made available at checkout and authorised for your use. An order may be processed after payment status is confirmed and the order is accepted. Payment processing may involve an independent payment service provider, bank, card network or other payment system, whose terms and processing times may also apply.
If an amount is debited but Steady Bear has no confirmed order record, contact Steady Bear with the relevant order and payment reference details so the transaction can be checked. A reversal or refund may depend on the payment service provider or bank. Personal and payment-related information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy; these Terms do not describe or promise a particular payment interface or provider.
8. Shipping, delivery and fulfilment
Website orders are intended for delivery within India to locations that are serviceable for the product and order. Serviceability may depend on the delivery address, product characteristics, logistics availability and operational constraints. Provide a complete and accurate name, address, PIN code and contact details, and cooperate reasonably with delivery. Contact Steady Bear promptly if you identify an order-detail error; an update may not be possible after fulfilment has progressed.
Dispatch and delivery estimates are indicative, not guaranteed dates. Timing may vary with product availability, order processing, serviceability, customer availability, logistics operations, holidays, weather or other circumstances outside reasonable control. Tracking information depends on available logistics updates and may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. An order may be sent in more than one package, with separate tracking or delivery timing for each package.
Delivery may be re-attempted, held or returned to origin if delivery cannot be completed. A tracking label or delivery status alone does not determine who caused a delivery failure or resolve a claim that a package was not received. A delivery scan does not by itself establish that you received the package or settle a non-receipt claim. Disputed delivery, loss, damage, missing items, failed delivery and related claims or remedies are governed by the Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy and applicable law. Nothing in these Terms affects Steady Bear’s or a logistics provider’s obligations, or any remedy available under applicable consumer law. Do not return or send a product to Steady Bear unless that Policy or Steady Bear’s case-specific instructions authorise the method.
9. Cancellation
You may request cancellation before dispatch processing begins. No fixed grace period is promised. The Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy governs how a request is received and reviewed, when cancellation is no longer available, how Steady Bear may cancel an order, and any refund or other consequence. These Terms do not add internal fulfilment checkpoints or a separate cancellation procedure.
11. Warranty and product support
No separate commercial warranty applies to a product unless a warranty is expressly stated for that product in its product information or another official Steady Bear communication. Any stated warranty is limited to its displayed scope, period, conditions and exclusions. These Terms do not create a universal warranty period, automatic replacement right or repair commitment.
Where stated in product-specific terms and permitted by law, exclusions may cover normal wear or issues caused by misuse, alteration, accidental damage, improper care or use contrary to instructions. An exclusion does not apply where applicable law makes Steady Bear responsible for the issue.
Follow product-specific use and care instructions. Steady Bear may request information reasonably needed to identify a purchase or assess a product-support request. Defect, damage, incorrect-product, inspection and remedy procedures are governed by the Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy and applicable law. A manufacturer or other supplier may offer a separate warranty under its own terms; that does not remove a responsibility Steady Bear has under applicable law.
12. Care and customer responsibility
Use a product for its intended purpose and follow its supplied warnings, care and maintenance instructions. Do not modify, misuse or use it contrary to those instructions. Product suitability and comfort may vary. Improper use, alteration or failure to follow care instructions may affect a product-specific warranty or a claim to the extent permitted by the Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy and applicable law.
13. Reviews, feedback and user content
You are responsible for content you submit and must have the rights and authority to submit it. Do not submit content that is unlawful, false, misleading, abusive, defamatory, infringing or otherwise prohibited by law. Steady Bear may review, moderate, decline or remove content where appropriate and is not required to publish a review or other submission.
You retain your rights in content you submit. To the extent necessary to operate the channel where you submit it, you grant Steady Bear a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, display and moderate that content in that channel. This limited licence does not itself authorise separate public or marketing use. The Privacy Policy governs personal information and any separate consent relating to reviews, photographs, videos, testimonials or claim/support evidence. Evidence provided for a return, delivery, warranty or support request is not automatically a public review or marketing submission.
14. Intellectual property
The Website and its content, including Steady Bear’s names, marks, product descriptions, images, text, designs and software, are owned by or lawfully used by Steady Bear or its licensors. You may use them only as needed for personal, non-commercial use of the Website. You may not copy, modify, distribute, publish, commercially exploit or create derivative works from Website content without prior written permission, except where applicable law permits.
If you believe material on the Website infringes your rights, contact Steady Bear with information that allows the concern to be reviewed.
15. Acceptable use and misuse
You must not use the Website, an account, an offer or a support channel to commit fraud, place fake or unauthorised orders, misuse discounts or customer policies, provide materially false information, interfere with order or payment records, infringe another person’s rights, harass staff or other users, or attempt to access, damage, overload, reverse engineer or disrupt the Website or its systems. You may not use Website content for resale or other commercial purposes without permission.
16. Third-party services and external channels
The Website may rely on independent providers for payment, logistics, authentication, communications, hosting, security, support or other services, and may link to external websites or services. Those third parties may apply their own terms and processes. Steady Bear may change service providers or external services over time. We do not control independent services, but will provide assistance within the information and control reasonably available to us, subject to applicable law.
For purchases through a marketplace, reseller, offline store or other external channel, contact that seller or channel about its order and follow its applicable terms. Steady Bear may assist with product information or verification where reasonably possible, but that assistance does not replace the channel’s process unless Steady Bear agrees otherwise or the law requires otherwise.
17. Website availability and disclaimers
Steady Bear makes reasonable efforts to keep the Website and its information available and functional, but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or continuous access. Maintenance, technical or internet issues, third-party service interruptions and events outside reasonable control may affect availability.
Website information and services are provided subject to applicable law. Product and wellness information is general guidance, not a guaranteed result or a substitute for professional medical advice. Nothing in these Terms excludes a product description, express product-specific warranty, consumer right or other obligation that cannot lawfully be excluded.
18. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Steady Bear is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from Website use or a product transaction, but only to the extent that such liability may lawfully be limited. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, statutory consumer rights, or a remedy required by applicable law.
19. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible only for third-party claims directly resulting from your unlawful use of the Website or infringement of another person’s rights through content or conduct you supply, and only to the extent caused by your act or omission. An ordinary breach of these Terms does not by itself create an indemnity obligation. Nothing in this section limits statutory consumer rights or any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be limited.
20. Refusal of service and account/order restrictions
Where Steady Bear reasonably believes that an account or order involves fraud, unauthorised access, material misuse, false information or a violation of these Terms or applicable law, Steady Bear may seek clarification, refuse or suspend access, cancel an order or restrict future transactions as reasonably appropriate and permitted by law. Where reasonably possible, Steady Bear may invite clarification before taking action. Any existing refund, return, consumer or other legal right remains governed by the applicable policy and law.
21. Changes to these Terms
Steady Bear may update these Terms for legal, operational, product or service changes. An updated version will state its effective date and be made available on the Website. Where applicable law requires notice or consent for a change, Steady Bear will provide the required notice or seek consent. A change will not ordinarily alter the terms applying to an order already accepted unless required by law or necessary to correct an error.
22. Events outside reasonable control
Steady Bear is not responsible for delay or non-performance to the extent caused by an event outside its reasonable control, such as severe weather, natural events, public restrictions, labour or transport disruption, supply interruption, government action, power or network outage, or failure of an independent service. Steady Bear will take reasonable steps to address the effect where practicable. If an order cannot be fulfilled, cancellation and any amount due will be handled under the Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy and applicable law.
23. Governing law and consumer rights
These Terms and Website orders are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law and competent consumer-forum jurisdiction, courts and competent forums at Rajkot, Gujarat, India may hear disputes arising from these Terms or a Website transaction. Nothing in this section limits statutory consumer rights, jurisdiction of a competent consumer forum, or a right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.
You may contact Steady Bear with an order or Website concern so we can try to address it before formal proceedings, without limiting your right to use any available legal remedy.

25. General terms
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, the Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy, and applicable product- or offer-specific terms shown to you, govern your use of the Website and the relevant Website purchase, subject to applicable law. If a provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be adjusted only to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue to apply. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it; a waiver must be expressly made in writing. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without Steady Bear’s written consent. Steady Bear may transfer its rights or obligations as part of a lawful business or operational change. Provisions that by their nature continue after an order or Website use ends will survive to that extent. Headings are for convenience only.
